roles and responsibilities

1. as a head sales, you will be responsible for handling marketing of cardiodiabetic segment management for reputed pharma company.

2. candidate is responsible for cardiodiabetic  segment business basis and launching new products and implementing strategies.

3.candidate will be responsible for handling effective man management and achieving business / sales targets with high pcpm.

4. candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the sales team on and will lead a sales team.

candidate should be any graduate having 15- 20 years of experience in pharma sales and marketing out of which last 2-3 years handling additional sales.

2. you will be responsible for launching new products and introducing new molecules and conducting innovative promotional activities.

3. candidate should be good in strategy management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control.

4.candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and developing the sales team on effective man-management and achieving high pcpm.
